A Week of Learning for the leaders and leaders to be ")

Yeah, on thursday night, cellma and me were invited back for ZLi training.
Hehehe to make sure we are equip to take care of all the cellbaby :P
Privilege to have Ps Victor to be the trainer

OJT...OJT... hehehe

Then on Saturday, we had the CL & COREs to attend
CLAP training... like Ps Chew always mentions...
"Lets give God a CLAP offering!..." all leaders need to learn
how to CLAP appropriately :P

A simulation of being the owner of 7 STAR Heavenly Hotel.

We had to sell to the judge, why our hotel is the best hotel!

Facilitated by Ps Victor.

And not forgetting our Ps Chew. Remember? the Chinese Jew!
...Ch..ew :)

Not one but multitudes of Leaders and leaders to be.

Luky, our Ps Chew impersonator! Oh, the Bible is to resembling
Ps Chew's hair, all neatly comb, black and shining!
BTW... Luky was chosen personally by Ps Chew as the best
Ps Chew impersonator!
We were reminded the ROOT of SIB.

We learn how to share the drawing that we were asked to do
and the significant of it in our life.

Yeah, these are the 1st batch of ZLi, CLi & CORE that had
been selected by SDL for the training! More to come for the
2nd batch :)

Oh, BTW... if you are wondering what we learn for the whole day
following were the summary of the CLAP Training... you need to
CLAP when you finished watching both the short summary clips.
Promise ya :)

HOST- A privilege work for God

Last Saturday, EP Pelangi was given the opportunity to be SIB
Host to the visitors in church, especially for new visitors.
Our SDL a.k.a Uncle SK took the leading example and show us
what a HOST need to do...
We were to go around the sanctuary and wishing people,
existing members or visitors, chat with them, make them
feel comfortable, ask if they have questions, direct them the
flow of programs and pray for them when necessary.
Looks like Wing Hoe was enjoying himself :)
Thanks to the ladies, see how happy they were attending to
a new visitors :) They have the RED TAG given by the Ushers.
Julia was welcoming to a group of students :)
Last but not least, a Service well prepared for Jesus.
From the starting to the ending of the service, our smile,
wonderful worship, Pastor's message, altar call prayers to
individual and hospitality tea... Hard to imagine, one has no
encounter with God's present :)

"Since an overseer is entrusted with God's work, he must be blameless—not overbearing, not quick-tempered, not given to drunkenness, not violent, not pursuing dishonest gain. Rather he must be hospitable, one who loves what is good, who is self-controlled, upright, holy and disciplined. He must hold firmly to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can encourage others by sound doctrine and refute those who oppose it." Titus 1:7-9

Friday nite discussion :)

Yup, we are back to our season 2 of Cell Bible Study.
This time we had chosen the above topic as we had just celebrated
Easter and it will be good if we have an in dept understanding of
Jesus sacrificial act on the cross.
As usual, lots of reading and simple open probe questions
that make us think, think and feel :)
One very interesting experience we have.. during these session,
we will answer the question with question and question the answer
for more answer and more question with questions and answer for more answer!

Free flow of sharing, if we do not understand we ask,
we will share thoughts and experiences... Lots of respect,
lots of listening, lots of helping one another...

Last week was the 1st day of the study, we celebrated June's
birthday... she turned 18 this year...again... :P
