- difficulty in breathing

- lost of hairs
- increase/decrease body weight.

- isolation from social activities

How you can control your STRESS?
1) Do Breath Exercise
- take a deep but slow breath. (make sure your abdomen move upward)
2) Think Positive
- learn to take criticism well.
3) Loosen Your Muscle.
- move your muscles to avoid tension. (move your shoulder and limbs)
4) Share Your Feeling.
- chat and share your feeling with someone that you trust and you think can help you
5) Sleep Well.
- make sure you have enough sleep to help your body to recover.
6) Exercise Frequently.
- swim, dance, walk or any sports/activities that can help you to exercise.
7) Create A Diary.
- Learn to write your thought at the end of the day to help you to keep tract of your progress and to make you feel good.
