The preparation begins the night before ( actually I think it started on Friday) with a great grocery shopping trip. Our chefs, Junifer and Sara, were all geared up to tick off their shopping list and looking for alternatives when the wanted ingredient could not be found.
Sara, the chef and the two side kicks pretending to be of good help :)
After a night of marinating the chickie and the lamb plus a good night sleep, the chefs arose from their slumber and started the day of cooking. Since I can't be much of a help so I have decided to keep their tummy happy before they begin their labour.
The chefs at work...
