SIB 2007 Leader's Retreat

As usual, Ps Chew will welcome all the Leaders (Cell & Ministry),

back to Royal Aldelphi Hotel for the church annual leaders meeting.
Here, pastor shared with us SIB refined vision, "We are inspired
by God to build a strong, excellent and dynamic church to influence
the nation and to impact generations" in which,
will be share with all in the very very near future...
like end of the month :)
THIS is not just our CORE MESSAGE anymore,
is our church DNA!

We always have icebreaker before our session began,

and Uncle SK is always a good-sport.

Here Uncle SK was asked to be in the middle of the circle

(All are Cell Leaders under his sub-district) and post as

a model for our group painting.

But we need to follow the facilitator's instruction, each CL

can only draw one part of the body, and the part of the anatomy

that is to draw is not in proper orders.

Here are some of the CLs busy giving their best master piece.

And both the model and our Masterpiece were to parade for

all to see!

Of course, we were all in serious business, here both

Uncle SK & Aunty Tian Hui sharing some of the burdens

and concerns that the CLs were facing and we all try to

solve the problems/situations in agreements.

Last but not least, all the Cell Leaders, Ministry Leaders,

Zone Leaders, Sub-District Leaders, Elders, Councilors, Pastors...

wish that year on year, SIB will have more and more leaders rising

up to join the race with us to achieve SIB Vision as how God had directed it!
